Jennifer is the mortgage advisor. She oversees and manages the process through daily oversight of the team. She will meet with you for your loan consultation, educate and advise you, and select the loan program and interest rate that is best for you. Although Jennifer oversees the entire process, her team consist of dedicated professionals that assist each client through each phase of the loan process.

It's about the journey...

Jennifer is a native of San Diego and Magna Cum Laude graduate from UCSD. She attended the prestigious California Western School of Law. While studying law, Jennifer decided to pursue real estate full time and found early success as a real estate sales agent with one of the top brokers in the County. After six years in real estate, she found the financial side of the home-purchase process held her interest most. Today, Jennifer is one of San Diego’s top-ranked mortgage professionals. She specializes in jumbo markets, VA, FHA and first-time buyers financing. Jennifer currently resides in Carlsbad with her husband and two children.

Rebecca Butcher is an organizational expert in the mortgage industry. She has worked with many top ranking industry professionals and currently manages the production pipeline for Jennifer Lund Mortgage. Rebecca started in the finance industry in 2014. Prior to that she spent fifteen years project managing commercial construction projects. That work ingrained in her the dedication and “can-do” attitude she applies in her current role. Rebecca prepares clients for the loan process while working on their behalf with our operations departments, the escrow company and real estate agents to ensure a smooth and stress-free transaction. In her free time Rebecca enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and competing in shows with her horse, Goose.
